Expression of Interest are invited for Market Study - Ukraine Post-War Reconstruction: New Technology Platform for Rebuilding Ukraine. · Issue Date and Time: Dec 05,2023 12:37 · Closing Date and Time: Dec 20,2023 23:59 The Project Objectivethe Overarching Objective of this Project is to Prepare the Analytical Underpinning for Introducing Green and Resilient Construction Materials; Technologies and Methods to be Used for UkraineS Reconstruction. To Achieve this Objective; The Project Will: (A) Assess Value Chains of 4-5 New Technologies in and around Residential and Non-Residential Construction; (B) Identify Bottlenecks in Business and Regulatory Environment that could Impede Quick Deployment of These Technologies in Ukraine; (C) Identify Private Sector Opportunities along the Select Value Chains; And (D) Propose Solutions for Addressing the Identified Bottlenecks and Risks. Objective of the Assignment the Objective of the Assignment is to Assess the Construction Sector and Related Sub-Sectors; To Identify New and Innovative Green Construction Technologies within the Scope Specified Below; That may be Used for Rapid Rebuilding of Ukraine; As Well as Enabling Environment that would Need to be Put in Place to Introduce and Scale Them in Ukraine Post-Invasion. Bringing New Technologies to Ukraine will Likely Unlock Investment Opportunities; Hence the Assignment should Also Focus on Assessing the Preconditions for Attracting Private Sector Investments in the Identified Areas to Ukraine.
