Bids Are Requested For The Renovation Of Haga School As A Split Contract: The Construction Contract As The Main Contract And The Building Engineering Contracts As Subordinate Sub-Contracts. The Construction Project Includes The Facilities Used By Haga School And Haga Daghem, The Renovation Presented In The Planning Documents And Space Changes In Accordance With The Contract Calculation Documents. The Building Is A School And Daycare Building And It Is In Use All The Time. The Renovation Includes The Renovation Of The Existing Iv Machine Room And The Construction Of A New Iv Machine Room With New Iv Machines, The Construction Of The Existing Trunk And Distribution Ducts And New Iv Duct Lines And Enclosures, Mainly Renewing The Lighting, Heating Lines And Mainly Renewing Radiators. Space Changes Include Dismantling Of Existing Partitions, Construction Of New Partitions, Renewal Of False Ceilings Throughout, New Technology Enclosures, Opening Of New Openings And Closing Of Old Ones, Construction Of New Wet Rooms And Drainage, Fixed Furniture Renewals/Moves/Renovations, Renewal Of Surface Materials. The Building Automation Work Related To The Previous Ones Will Also Be Carried Out According To The Plans.
