1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of A Collective Catering Service For Students At Primary School No. 44 In Wrocław (51-206), Ul. Wilanowska 31, At The Place Of Study, Consisting In Preparing And Serving Food (Lunch - Standard, Elimination And Specialized Diets: Gluten-Free) For An Average Of 360 Students Per Day (In The Period January - June 2024) And 380 Per Day (In The Period September - December 2024) Staying , On A Daily Basis At The Ordering Partys Facility.2. The Estimated Number Of Meals Served (Over The Entire Duration Of The Order) Is 77,280. The Actual Number Of Meals Served Depends On The Students Attendance On Particular Days. The Minimum Daily Number Of Lunches That The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Is 10 Sets.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Entire Meal Be Prepared And Served At The Ordering Partys Premises. The Ordering Party Does Not Consent To The Delivery And Serving Of Any Parts Of Meals Prepared Outside The Rented Food Block.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain A Decision From The State District Sanitary Inspector Allowing The Rented Food Block To Provide The Service To The Extent Required In The Swz. 5. The Possible Cost Of Adapting The Premises To The Requirements Of The State District Sanitary Inspector Is The Responsibility Of The Tenant.6. In Order To Complete The Order, The Ordering Party Will Rent The Necessary Premises To The Contractor. The Rented Rooms Meet Construction, Technical And Sanitary Requirements, But Must Be Equipped With Kitchen Equipment And Canteen Equipment Necessary To Complete The Order In Question. Only The Rooms Specified In The Template Lease Agreement Are Rented - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Contract Template Includes The Rental Amount. 7. The Detailed Scope And Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement - Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
