Forestry Services - Provision Of Forest Management Services In The Karnieszewice Forest District In 2024 - Ii Procedure. The Subject Of The Order Are Forest Management Services As Specified In Art. 6 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act Of 28 September 1991 On Forests (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1605 As Amended – Forest Act) Covering Work In The Field Of Forest Breeding And Protection, Harvesting And Skidding Of Wood To Be Carried Out In The Karnieszewice Forest District (Forestry Iwięcino, Niemica) In 2024. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes Total The Amount Of Work Referred To In The Previous Sentence, Resulting From Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Material Scopes Listed In The Annexes Included In Annex No. 2 Are: Estimated Nature. Detailed Description Of The Technology Standard For Performing Incoming Works The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Code Descriptions Activities Describing Individual Forest Works (Activities) Included In The Subject The Orders Are Described In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Description Of The Rules Of The Making Procedure Acceptance Of Forest Works Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Because Of The Actual Natural And Weather Situation That May Occur During The Implementation Of The Subject Orders, As Well As The Currently Unforeseen Economic Situation, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Reducing Corrections, Increasing Corrections, Determining New Locations, As Well As Suspending The Indicated Activities In Individual Rows Of Tables Describing The Subject Of The Order. Incremental Adjustments Do Not Mean The Introduction Of New Works Not Covered By The Scope Of The Order, But Corrections Reductions Do Not Mean Complete Abandonment Of Some Work. They Need To Be Understood As An Increase In The Number Of Works In One Location (Forest Address) In The Implementation Area Package (Including In Locations In The Package Implementation Area That Are Not Recommended Initially In Swz), While Reducing The Amount Of Work In Another Location (Address Forest) In The Package Implementation Area, As Part Of The Total Individual Quantities Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Specified In The Tor, To Be Performed Throughout The Package Implementation Area. Need To Increase The Size Of Some Elements Of The Executed Order May Occur During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Also To Complete The Full Scope Of Work Described In The Subject Of The Order. The New Location Is Determined As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, And Always Only In The Package Implementation Area. The Contractor May Entrust The Implementation Of Elements (Part Of) The Subject Of The Order To Subcontractors. In Case Of Intention To Perform The Item Orders Involving Subcontractors, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In His Offer Of Parts Of The Order (Substantive Scopes) The Performance Of Which It Intends To Entrust Subcontractors, And Providing The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Such Indication Should Be Included In The Offer. If It Is Not Indicated In The Offer Subcontracting The Contractor Will Be Able To Introduce A Subcontractor Only On Terms And Conditions Specified In The Contract. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 95 Pzp Requires Employment By A Contractor Or Subcontractor Based On The Employment Relationship Of The Persons Performing The Activities In The Scope Of Execution Of The Order Consisting In Obtaining And Skidding Of Raw Wood, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023 R. Item 1465). The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of Written Instructions Orders Submitted By The Ordering Partys Representatives (Order).
