The Subject Of The Order Is The Partial Renovation Of Municipal Roads With Asphalt Surfaces In The Wręczyca Wielka Commune. The Renovation Should Be Made Of Hot Mineral-Asphalt Mass. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Materials Necessary To Perform The Works To The Site Using His Own Transport, At His Own Expense And Risk. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Using New, Own Materials. The Materials Used Should Meet The Quality Requirements Of Products Approved For Marketing And Use In Construction And The Requirements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Mineral-Asphalt Mass Should Be Made In A Bituminous Mass Plant And Delivered To The Place Of Installation In Thermoses. The Scope Of Works Includes The Installation Of 250 Mg Of Bituminous Mass, However, By December 31, 2023, Approximately 150 Mg Of Bituminous Mass Should Be Incorporated, The Remaining 100 Mg Of Bituminous Mass Should Be On April 30, 2024, At Each Request Of The Employer. The Works Will Include In Particular: - Carving Out The Damaged Bituminous Surface - Giving Regular Edges By Mechanical Cutting Or Milling, - Removing Water, Bringing The Damaged Place To A Dry State - Cleaning And Deepening The Repaired Place, Min. Up To 8 Cm. - Filling Gaps Above 8 Cm With Crushed Stone With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm - Sprinkling The Entire Surface Of The Repaired Area With Asphalt Emulsion, - Applying Hot Bituminous Mass, - Leveling The Repaired Area By Rolling, - Covering The Edges Of The Repaired Area With Asphalt Grout, - Cleaning, Removal And Disposal Of The Resulting Debris
