1. The Subject Of The Order Is Expansion And Reconstruction Of The School Building Of The School Complex In Żołynia Along With Changing The Use Of Part Of The Building Into A Nursery. Building Parameters: - Development Area Of The Existing Part Of The School Building Within The Construction Plot - Approx. 177 M2, - Development Area Of The Existing Part School Building Intended For A Nursery - Approx. 255 M2, - Development Area Of The Designed Nursery - Approx. 265 M2 - Basic And Auxiliary Usable Area Of The Nursery - Approx. 168 M2, - Total Net Area Of The Nursery - Approx. 199 M2 - Total Area Of The Basement As Part Of The Reconstruction - Approx. M2,- Total Area Of The Ground Floor As Part Of The Reconstruction - Approx. 265 M2.- Volume Of The Basement - The Entire Wing In The Pm Part - Approx. 1193 M3.- Volume Of The Basement - In The Part Separated To Zlii - Approx. 34 M3.- Volume Of The Ground Floor - In The Nursery Part - Approx. 1,186 M3. The Scope Of Reconstruction, Expansion And Change Of Use Concerns Part Of The Wing Of The Building Of The School Complex In Żołynia, Located On The Northern Side Of The Plot No. 8301/1. The Reconstruction Involves Works Resulting From The Change Of Use To A Nursery, The Extension Involves The Construction Of External Stairs. Public External Stairs With A Platform Next To The Stairs And A Second External Staircase Will Also Be Added As An Auxiliary Exit To The Fenced Recreational Area For Children. The Basement Part Is Fire-Safe And Does Not Change Its Current Function. Part Of The External Wall Of The Directors Office Adjacent To The Nursery, Perpendicular To The Nursery Wing, Will Also Be Rebuilt Due To The Nursery Being Designated As A Zlii Zone. In Its Existing State, The Rebuilt Part Has The Following Functions On The Ground Floor: Directors Office, Secretariat, Archives, Unused Dining Room And Kitchen, Rooms Sanitary. There Are Utility Rooms In The Basement. The Utility Program Includes The Following Rooms: Room No. 1 Of The Nursery Intended For Children To Eat Meals And A Place For Classes, Room No. 2 Intended For Resting, Catering Kitchen, Scullery, Communication Between The Scullery And The Kitchen, Technical Stairs, Cleaning Room, Toilet For The Disabled , Vestibule, Cloakroom, Staff Toilet, Hygiene And Sanitary Room For Employees, Communication, Utility Room, Chamber Pot Disinfection Room, Sanitary Facilities For Children. The Spatial Layout Of The Existing Facility Is Based On Load-Bearing Walls In Three Longitudinal Axes. In The Western Part, The Corridor Runs From The South And Connects The Wing With The Rest Of The School, In The Eastern Part, A Staircase Leads To The Corridor In The Central Part. The Central Rooms Are Walkable. In The Designed Layout, The Entrance From The School Side Will Be Separated By A Fire Separation Wall And A Fire Door. The Staircase On The Eastern Side Will Remain A Technical Connection To The Basement And Outside. The Main Entrance And Entrance From The Recreation Area Will Be Via External Stairs On The South Side. A Public Entrance Hall Will Lead From The Main Entrance To The Childrens Room. The Building Has A Brick Structure In Part Of The Basement, Some Prefabricated Walls Made Of Concrete Slabs On The Ground Floor, Foundations In The Form Of Reinforced Concrete Footings, A Roof In The Form Of A Ventilated Flat Roof With A Traditional Rafter-Shaped Roof. Single-Slope Purlin Structure. The Building Will Be Equipped With The Following Installations: Electrical, Water And Sewage, Gas, Mechanical Ventilation With Heat Recovery, Telecommunications. The Described Scope Of Works Does Not Introduce Any Accessibility Barriers For Disabled People And Is Designed For All Users.2. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Preparatory And Measurement Works, Documentation Of The Tests Carried Out, 2) Performance Of All Tests And Checks Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Necessary To Apply To The Competent Authorities For An Occupancy Permit And To Put It Into Operation, 3 ) The Contractor Will Be Obliged, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, To Take Into Account Changes Classified By The Designer As Insignificant (Within The Meaning Of The Construction Law) In The Design Documentation During The Implementation Of The Task.3. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In: 1) Design Documentation (According To Annex No. 8 To The Swz)2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (According To Annex No. 9 To The Swz)3) Bills Of Quantities (According To Annex No. 10 To The Swz) Therefore, That The Work Will Be Performed In A Facility Where, Among Others, Teaching And Care Activities, All Work Should Be Carried Out In Such A Way As Not To Disrupt The Functioning Of The Facility, Including The Separate External Parking Lot. Work That Is Burdensome For Students And Staff Should Be Carried Out In The Building On Days Or Hours Free From Classes. 4. Equivalent Solutions: In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Design Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law Used In The Design Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. All Criteria And Features Described In The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Set The Minimum Standards That The Offered Product Or Service Must Meet. Specified In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities. , St Types Of Materials And Devices Are Given To Determine The Minimum Technical Standard. The Contractor Has The Right To Replace Them With Materials And Devices With At Least Equivalent Technical Parameters, Provided That The Assumed Technical Standards Are Achieved. The Contractor Proposing Equivalent Materials And Devices Is Responsible For Checking The Possibility Of Their Use In Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In All Respects (Including, For Example: Properties, Dimensions, Weight, Method Of Transport And Assembly). A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solutions He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 5. Construction Materials Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Of Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law. 6. The Exact Scope Of The Task And Other Information Necessary For The Valuation Of The Works Are Presented In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, And Bills Of Quantities. The Bills Of Quantities Are Only Auxiliary And Informative Material And Are Not Used To Determine The Amount Of Remuneration Due To The Lump-Sum Form Of Remuneration.7 . The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Set Of Documents To Report The Completion Of The Works (Reports, As-Built Inventory, Quantity Survey, Construction Log, Certificates And Declarations Of Compliance For The Incorporated Materials, Waste Transfer Card).8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract To An Entity Authorized To Dispose Of Waste And To Provide The Ordering Party With A Document Confirming This Activity (Waste Transfer Card).
