Software Package And Information Systems - Road Condition Management System (Zusy). The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1.) The Delivery Of Standard Software (Permanent Transfer For A One-Off Payment/Purchase) In The Form Of A City License. The City License Is Available To An Unlimited Number Of Users Within The Munich City Administration. It Includes The Licenses For All Required Components And License Types (Full, Information And Mobile License) Of Your Road Condition Management Product(S). Note: Esri Arcgis Licenses And Autodesk Autocad Licenses Are Available From Lhm. These Are Not To Be Offered By The Contractor (An). --- 2.) Those That May Be Necessary Adaptations To The Requirements Of The Lhm In Accordance With The Requirements, Including The Interfaces --- 3.) Bringing The System Into Operational Readiness, In Particular: A. The Installation And Configuration Of The Software In The Lhm Infrastructure All Required Environments B. Integration Into The Existing System Landscape The Lhm, On The Server Side In The It@M Infrastructure And On The Client Side In The Infrastructure Of The Construction Department C. Initial Filling Of The System With Data (E.G. User Management Data) D. The Commissioning Of The Interfaces (Internal And External) E. Execution Of Developer Tests For Any Necessary Further Developments, Support Of Integration And System Tests Including Troubleshooting, Supporting The Acceptance Tests F. Carrying Out Performance Tests And Load Testing G. Accompaniment Of The Introduction (Early Life Support) --- 4.) Implementation Of Data Migrations. This Activity Primarily Includes: A. Creation Of A Migration Concept B. Automated Migration Of Data C. Testing And Quality Assurance The Data Migration Carried Out --- 5.) Documentation The Contractor (Contractor) Provides The Following Documents Are Available To The Client (Client): Operating Manual, Administrator Manual And User Manual 6.) Conception, Creation Of Training Documents And Implementation Of Training --- 7.) Service And Maintenance. The Services And Maintenance For The It Specialist Procedure, Which Is Paid For Separately By The Contractor, Begins On Day After Go-Live Including Real Data Migration After Release Of The Client. The Services And Maintenance Run For Four Years With The Possibility An Optional Extension For A Further Four Years. The Extension Option Can, But Does Not Have To Be Used. The Service And Maintenance Include All Licensed System Components Including The Described Interfaces. Note: Remote Maintenance Is Possible During Operation Of The Specialist Application (Server Level). Possible On The Part Of The Lhm. --- 8.) Support Services For Further Development And Project Management Up To The Complete Acceptance Of The System, Especially Coordination Cooperation With The Overall Project Management At Lhm. --- 9.) Support Services For The Contract Term After Acceptance: Optimization And Expansion Of Business Processes And Requirements In The System. The Further Support Services Are For The Entire Contract Term, Including Optional Extension. Note: Not Part The Tender Is The Provision Of Hardware.
