The Subject Of The Investment Is The Expansion Of The Primary School Building In Rajsko With Kindergarten Classes, Along With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure And The Construction Of A Playground Constituting A Complex Of Small Architectural Objects. The Investment Will Be Implemented In An Area Covering Two Plots, Located In Two Registration Units, I.E.: - Plot No. 282/2, Registration District 0014 Rajsko, Unit Registry No. 300708_5 Opatówek - Rural Area; - Plot No. 2/1, Registry District 0012 Marchwacz Kolonia, 300710_2 Szczytniki. The Investment Area Is Located In The Town Of Rajsko, Developed With A Building With Administrative Number 4, 62-860 Rajsko. The Planned Expansion Of The Primary School To Include Kindergarten Classes Was Dictated By The Need To Create Space For Preschool Children. The Existing School Building Was Built In The Second Half Of The Last Century, And The Rooms And Facilities Designed Therein Were Intended Only For The Needs Of Educating Children Of Early School Age, Without Taking Into Account The Function Of A Kindergarten, Which Is Missing In Rajsko. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Design Documentation. If Included In The Materials Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Particular Contractor, Describing The Subject Matter Of The Contract, It Should Be Understood That Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Materials And/Or Solutions Provided That The Technical, Quality And Operational Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Documentation And Do Not Lead To A Change In Technology. The Names Indicated In The Documentation Should Be Treated As Examples. When Describing The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Contracting Authority May Not Reject A Tender Simply Because The Works, Supplies Or Services Offered Do Not Comply With The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems To Which The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Refers, Provided That The Contractor Proves That The Proposed Solutions In They Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent Extent. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards.
