The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Disassembly Works In The Pumping Station, Including: - Disassembly Of Pumps, - Disassembly Of Hydrophore Tanks, - Disassembly Of Pipelines And Fittings, - Disassembly Of The Water Meter, 2) Assembly Works In The Pumping Station, Including: - Installation Of The Pump Set, - Installation Of Hydrophore Tanks, - Installation Of Pipelines And Fittings, - Flow Assembly, - Pressure Tests, - Anti-Corrosion Protection, 3) Works Including: - Dismantling Of Existing Electrical Switchboards, - Dismantling Of Existing Electrical Installations In The Hydrophore Building, - Dismantling Of The Existing Lightning Protection Installation, - Installation Of Designed Switchboards, - Installation Of Basic, Emergency And External Lighting Installations, - Installation Of Power Lines For Switchboards, - Installation Of Power Installations, - Installation Of General-Purpose Plug Sockets, - Installation Of Plug Sockets Powering Computer Devices, - Installation Of Plug Sockets Powering Electric Heaters And A Domestic Hot Water Heater, - Installation Of A Logical Installation, - Installation Of An Installation For Monitoring The Condition Of Devices And Parameters In The Water Supply Network Of The Hydrophore Plant - Installation Of Equalization Connections, - Installation Of A Lightning Protection Installation. The Described Scope Of Works Does Not Introduce Any Accessibility Barriers For Disabled People And Is Designed For All Users. The Ordering Party Will Not Carried Out The Full Scope Of Works In The Design Documentation, Namely: The Scope Of Works Includes Only The Execution Of Sanitary And Electrical Works, But Does Not Include The Execution Of Works Listed In The Technical Description Of The Construction Design In Points 3.1., 3.2., 3.3, 3.4, 3.5.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 3) Bill Of Quantities. 3. Equivalent Solutions: In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law Used In The Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. All Criteria And Features Described In The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Set The Minimum Standards That The Offered Product Or Service Must Meet. Types Of Materials And Equipment Specified In The Bills Of Quantities Are Given To Determine The Minimum Technical Standard. The Contractor Has The Right To Replace Them With Materials And Devices With At Least Equivalent Technical Parameters, Provided That The Assumed Technical Standards Are Achieved. The Contractor Proposing Equivalent Materials And Devices Is Responsible For Checking The Possibility Of Using Them In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In All Respects. (Including, For Example: Properties, Dimensions, Weight, Method Of Transport And Assembly). A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solutions He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 6. Construction Materials Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Of Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law. 7. The Exact Scope Of The Task And Other Information Necessary For The Valuation Of The Works Are Presented In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, And Bills Of Quantities. The Bills Of Quantities Are Only Auxiliary And Informative Material And Are Not Used To Determine The Amount Of Remuneration Due To The Lump-Sum Form Of Remuneration.
