Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services - New Construction Of The Bischofswiesen Community Center - Structural Planning Services In Accordance With §§49 Ff Hoai-Lph 1-6, 8. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services To Be Commissioned In Stages The Structural Planning According To §§ 49 Ff Hoai - Lph 1 -6, 8; Due To Lack Of Space And The Community Of Bischofswiesen Is In Disrepair And Is Faced With The Need To Recreate It A New Headquarters For Their Local Government. This Should Provide All Functions Use As A Modern Town Hall. The Community Is Holding A Planning Competition For This Purpose Organized, In Which Both Proposed Solutions For The Creation Of A New, Modern To Develop A Community Center As Well As Suggestions For An Overall Urban Development Concept To Strengthen The Town Center Of Bischofswiesen. Open Was There First Of All, Whether The Existing Town Hall Should Be Preserved And Renovated Or Not Canceled And A New Community Center Should Be Built Instead. After Consideration Based On The Basic Variants, The Community Has Decided To Demolish The Old Town Hall And For The Completely New Construction Of A Community Center Including An Underground Car Park Decided At The Same Place. The Author Of The Winning Design Was Responsible For The Object Planning Commissioned For The Project And In The Meantime Has The Preliminary Design Planning As A Basis Of The Winning Design. The Planning Services For The Technical Equipment And The Structural Planning Are Still To Be Commissioned And Based On The Following Information To Be Provided: I. Type Of Scope Of Planning: The Specialist Planning Services For The New Construction Of The Community Center Is Based On The Annex 1 To This Description Of The Measures The Spatial Program Taken (= “Area Calculation”) As Well As The One In Appendix 2 In The Bundle The Architects Preliminary Design Planning Taken Into Account For This Description Of Measures Must Be Carried Out.
