The Subject Of This Tender Is A Framework Contract For The Supply And Maintenance Of Energy Efficient 2 In 1 Laptop Devices For Year 4 Student Intakes In Malta And Gozo. The Place Of Acceptance Of The Supplies Shall Be Specified Schools In Malta And Gozo And Other Educational Entities As Directed By The Contracting Authority, The Time-Limits For The Execution Of The Contract Shall Be Five (5) Years For The Supply Of Laptops (Seven (7) Years Including The Service Level Agreement) From Date Of Commencement Notification. The Contract Will Be Split Into Five (5) Yearly Orders For The Purchase Of 2 In 1 Laptop Devices (One Order Per Year Over A Period Of 5 Years) To Be Inclusive Of: • Three (3) Years Warranty; • Three (3) Years Accidental Damage Insurance Policy; • Three (3) Years Service Level Agreement.
