Kotkan Energia Oy (Later Keo And Purchaser) Hereby Invites You To Participate To The Tendering Prequalification Phase For The Delivery Of One Steam High Voltage Electrode Boiler In The City Of Kotka, Finland. 1.1 Overwiew Of The Object: Now Days Keo Kotka Hovinsaari Power Plant Site Consists Of 3 Heat Boilers And Number Of Steam Distributing Networks. The Heat Power Plant Will Produce Steam To The District Heating Network And Process Steam To Company Nearby. New Electric Boiler With Including Equipment Will Be Added To Existing Hovinsaari Heat Power Plant And Will Be Located In Existing Building. A Dimensioning Factor Of The Electric Boiler Is The Heating Capacity And Electric Boiler Type, And Supplier Will Offer Equipment For Those Needs. The Electric Boiler Will Be Electrode Type And Total Steam Capacity Of The Electric Boiler Shall Be 30 Mw And The Voltage Of 20 Kv. The Electrode Boiler Will Produce 12-16Bar(G) Pressure Steam And Steam Is Reduced To 2,5Bar(G) For End Users.
