This is due to existing tennis courts failing and geotechnical testing revealing a lack of sufficient subbase which can only be described as harbour dredgings. Subsequent testing has revealed the presence of arsenic over approximately 25% of the tennis court area. This soil will have to be disposed of at a certified facility.
