Jakubowskiego 10 In The City Of Płock, I.E. - Outdoor Events And Concerts Organized, Among Others, At The Old Market Square, Tumskie Hill, The Beach On The Vistula River, And Other Areas Designated By The Ordering Party - Events And Concerts Organized In The Amphitheater In Płock At Ul. Rybaki 15 - Events And Concerts Organized At The Pokis Headquarters At Ul. Jakubowskiego 10 - Events And Concerts Organized On The Premises Of Other Facilities Indicated By The Ordering Party.2. Developing Security Plans For Mass Events Organized By The Ordering Party - Płock Culture And Art Center And Making Possible Adjustments To The Security Plan At The Request Of Relevant Authorities Authorized To Give Opinions On Them.3. The Area For Outdoor Events Should Be Secured And Fenced With Protective Barriers And Protective Nets In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has A Sufficient Number Of A) Protective Barriers (Min. 200 Running Meters) B) Protective Nets (Min. 200 Running Meters) In Order To Fully Protect The Indicated Area And The Stage And Stage Facilities. The Area That The Ordering Party Requires To Be Secured By The Above-Mentioned Technical Equipment, The Ordering Party Indicates In The Graphic Plan In The Case Of Mass Events, And In The Case Of Other Events And Concerts In A Written Order.4. Monitoring And Recording With The Use Of Audiovisual Equipment During Outdoor And Mass Events Events That May Pose A Threat To The Safety Of People Staying On The Event Premises. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has A Sufficient Amount Of Audiovisual Equipment (Cameras For Recording Events During Events Organized By The Ordering Party - At Least Two Portable Cameras). 6. Transporting Monetary Values Within The City Of Płock When Organizing Events And Concerts Between Box Office Points And The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Or From The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party To The Place Of The Event. 7. The Contractor Ensures A Sufficient Number Of Authorized Security Personnel During The Security Of Events And Concerts In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Act Of March 20, 2009 (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 616). Scope Of Physical Protection Of The Facility 1. 24-Hour Direct Security Of The Building And The Area Adjacent To The Headquarters Of The Płock Culture And Art Center At 10 Jakubowskiego Street, Provided By: - One Security Employee In The Period From January 1, 2023 To December 31, 2023, Including Internal Monitoring. 2. 24/7 Direct Security Of The Building And Area Of The Amphitheater In Płock, Ul. Rybaki 15, Provided By: - One Security Employee In The Period From January 1, 2023 To December 31, 2023, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Number Of Security Agents May Be Changed (During The Assembly, Duration And Dismantling Of Mass Events And Festivals In The Amphitheater And The City Beach At Rybaki Street) Along With Internal Monitoring Services.3. Partial Direct Protection Of The Darmstadt House Building In Płock, Ul. Stary Rynek 8, Outside The Administrative Working Hours, Will Take Place As Follows: A) During Concerts, Meetings, Openings In The Concert Hall Of The Darmstadt House By One Security Employee Commissioned By The Ordering Party. B) During The Stay Of Guests In Guest Rooms - One Employee Security Commissioned By The Ordering Party. The Service Should Be Performed Only By Security Personnel: - With Appropriate Authorizations In Accordance With The Act On The Protection Of Persons And Property - Appropriately Uniformed And Equipped And With Id Badges. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, The Persons Performing The Tasks Indicated By The Ordering Party. Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order For Part Ii, Point 1, 2 And 3 Of The Subject Of The Order. In Order To Confirm Compliance With The Requirement Specified In Point Ii, Point 1, 2 And 3, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Submit, Within The Prescribed Deadline, Evidence Of: − Declaration Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Employment Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing The Activities Covered By The Request Of The Ordering Party; This Benefit Should Include In Particular: Precise Identification Of The Entity Submitting The Declaration, Date Of Submission Of The Declaration, Indication That The Activities Covered By The Request Are Performed By Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract, Together With An Indication Of The Number Of These Persons, Their Names And Surnames, The Type Of Employment Contract And The Salary Full-Time Position And The Signature Of The Person Authorized To Submit A Declaration On Behalf Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor; − A Copy Of The Employment Contract/Contracts Of Persons Performing The Activities Referred To Above During The Execution Of The Order, Certified By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, Respectively. Declaration Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor (Together With A Document Regulating The Scope Of Duties, If Prepared); A Copy Of The Contract(S) Should Be Anonymized In A Way That Ensures The Protection Of Employees Personal Data, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of May 10, 2018 (Journal Of Laws Of 2019 Item 1781) On The Protection Of Personal Data, I.E. In Particular Without Addresses, Pesel Number Of Employees). In The Event That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Fails To Meet The Requirement To Employ Persons Performing The Specified Activities Under An Employment Contract, The Ordering Party Provides For A Sanction In The Form Of The Contractors Obligation To Pay A Contractual Penalty. Failure Of The Contractor To Submit, Within The Deadline Set By The Ordering Party, The Evidence Requested By The Ordering Party To Confirm The Contractors Or Subcontractors Fulfillment Of The Employment Requirement Under The Employment Contract Will Be Treated As The Contractors Or Subcontractors Failure To Meet The Requirement To Employ Under The Employment Contract The Persons Performing The Persons Specified In Section 3 Activities. 4. Providing Monitoring Services For The Following Facilities: - Pokis Headquarters In Płock, Ul. Jakubowskiego 10 - Dom Darmstadt Building - Płock, Stary Rynek 8 In The Scope Of: - Inclusion Of The Employers Alarm Signaling System In The Contractors Alarm Monitoring Station - Registration Of Signals From The Monitored Alarm System - Intervention In The Event Of An Alarm Triggered By Intervention Groups, However, Access To The Monitored Facility Should Not Be Longer Than 15 Min. - Securing The Property And The Facility Until The Arrival Of The Police Or The Person Responsible For The Facility. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have Its Own Monitoring Center. 5.
