The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: The Planned Project Involves The Construction Of A Collective Sewage Disposal System, I.E.: A Sanitary Sewage System, Enabling The Discharge Of Sewage From Buildings Located Between Ul. Wapienna And Ul. Dębowa, Stróża Commune Kraśnik. Sanitary Sewage From The Study Area Will Be Discharged Through A Sewage Pumping Station And A Pressure Pipeline To The Existing Sanitary Sewage System Located In The City Of Kraśnik To A Well Marked On The Development Plan As W1 With Ordinates 249.25/247.15 On The Existing Sanitary Sewage System Ks200 In The Road Area Of Towarowa Street (District No. 365/16, Registration Area: Railway Station). Connection To The Existing Network Is Planned Through An Expansion Well, Which Will Function As A Precipitator Of Energy From Sewage Discharged From The Pumping Station To The Receiver. The Planned Sanitary Sewage System Will Be Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of Farm Buildings, Mostly In Home Gardens And Lawns. On Sections Running Outside Buildings, It Runs On Meadows, In Road Lanes Of Municipal Roads, Local Roads With Bituminous Surfaces Or Dirt Roads). The Location Of The Designed Networks Is Determined By The Depth Of The Network Foundation, Existing Buildings And The Location Of Septic Tanks On The Property. Due To The Existing Terrain And The Inability To Drain Sewage By Gravity, A Network Pumping Station With An Energy Supply Cooperating With The Gravity Network Is Planned. However, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Bills Of Quantities Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature For The Contractor And Do Not Constitute The Basis For The Valuation Of The Offer. Providing Bills Of Quantities Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Calculate The Offer Price Based On Technical Specifications And From The Obligation To Take Into Account All Works And Costs, Including Those Not Provided For In The Bill Of Quantities. The Contractor Is Obliged To Check The Completeness Of The Bill Of Quantities And Treat It As Auxiliary To The Above-Mentioned Documents, Which Have Priority When Determining The Actual Scope Of Works Included In The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For An On-Site Inspection Or Verification By The Contractor Of Documents Necessary To Complete The Order.
