Description Of The Existing Conditionthe Existing Building Is Located On Plot No. 568/10, 568/8. The Building Consists Of The Following Segments: 1) Classroom Part - Used By The School And Kindergarten, Ground Floor: 3 Kindergarten Rooms, Kitchen, Canteen, First Floor: 7 School Rooms And 4 Kindergarten Rooms. The Existing Rooms Are To Be Adapted For Classrooms. Ultimately, The School Is To Have At Least 22 Classrooms 2) Sports Part - Sports Hall With Locker Rooms And Sports Club Facilities - Locker Rooms3. Scope Of Documentation:A. Designing The Construction Of A New Wing Of The Kindergarten And Nursery Building, B. Designing A Sports Hall, C. The Kitchen Is To Serve The School, Kindergarten And Nursery; 2) The Design Documentation Should Include The Transfer Of The Existing 7 Kindergarten Classes To The New Building. All Technical, Architectural And Functional Solutions Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Informs That The Area Covered By The Study Is Located In Flood Risk Areas. Before Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Must Carry Out A Local Inspection Of The Area And Building Covered By The Project In Order To Obtain Any Additional Information Necessary And Useful For The Assessment And Valuation. Design Work, As The Contractors Claims For Omitting Elements Of Documentation Necessary To Perform The Contract And Incorrect Price Calculation Are Excluded.
