The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Physical Protection Of The Ordering Partys Property In The Facilities: 1. Facility - Base At Ul. Budowlana 1 In Kętrzyn - Estimated Number Of Hours 6,720 (The Estimated Number Of Hours Is For Illustration Purposes Only And Is Used To Prepare The Offer) Duties During The Following Hours: On Working Days From 1500 To 700 The Next Day And 24 Hours A Day On Sundays, Holidays And Non-Working Days. The Above Hours May Be Changed After Prior Notification To The Contractor By The Ordering Party. The Contractors Duties As Part Of The Service Provided Will Include: 1) While On Duty, Monitoring Images From Surveillance Cameras Installed On The Ordering Partys Facilities (The Ordering Partys Property). 2) Protection Of The Entrusted Property Against Burglary And Theft.3) Protection Of Protected Facilities Against Terrorist Activities.4) Responding To Identified Failures Of Water, Gas And Electricity Networks As Well As Fire Threats.5) Preventing And Counteracting The Illegal Removal Or Removal Of Property Constituting Equipment Of Protected Facilities.6) Closing And Opening Gates , Gates And Office And Social Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party.7) Accepting And Issuing Keys To Rooms To Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party.8) Paying Special Attention To Suspicious-Looking People And Unattended Parcels, Briefcases, Etc.9) In The Event Of A Burglary - Securing The Property , Traces Of The Crime Until The Arrival Of The Police And Notifying The Ordering Party And The Police.10) Maintaining Documentation (Service Book). 11) Making A Round Of The Base At Ul. Budowlana 1, No Less Than Once Per Hour During The Shift. 12) Each Round Performed Should Be Reflected In 7 Measurement Points By Tapping The Card To The Reader; The Contractor Is Obliged To Install Readers And Cards At His Own Expense And Responsibility. 13) Providing The Ordering Party With Access To Software Supporting Measurement Points In Order To Verify The Performance Of The Sales Service. 14) Providing Information To People Coming To Pszok Where To Deposit The Delivered Waste By Indicating The Appropriate Container. 15) Providing Assistance In Operating (The Ordering Party Will Train The Contractors Employees) Of The Weighing System To People Delivering Waste To Pszok, 16) Providing Care (Food, Water) For The Dog Belonging To To The Ordering Party. 2. An Additional Advantage Of The Contractor Will Be The Contractors Possession Of A Decision Pursuant To The Act On Vocational And Social Rehabilitation And Employment Of Disabled Persons Of August 27, 1997. And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of September 27, 2018 On Information Regarding The Amount Of Reduction In Payments To The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons And The Records Of Issued Information On The Amount Of Reduction.
