The Subject Of The Contract Is The Maintenance Of Street Lighting Devices In The Przeworsk Commune In 2024. – Ongoing Maintenance, Repair, Renovation And Inspection Of Street Lighting In The Amount Of 1,592 Pieces Of Street Lighting Fixtures, Lighting Poles, Control Cabinets In The Scope Of: 1.1. Current Maintenance Of Street Lighting In The Key Scope In The Form Of: A) Elimination Of Direct Threats To Life And Property Resulting From Random (Road Collision, Storm, Flood, Vandalism, Theft, Etc.) Damage To Lighting Devices, B) Replacement Of Used Light Sources, Led Elements In Fixtures, Led Bulbs, Sockets, Ignition Systems, Control Systems, Switching Equipment, Etc., C) Repair Of Fixtures, Including Led Fixtures Subject To Repair, D) Replacement Of Protection Devices, Overcurrent Switches, Fuse Links In Fuse Boards And Lighting Cabinets, E) Repair Covers Of Pole Signs, G) Maintaining The Network Supplying Lighting Devices In Proper Technical Condition So As To Ensure Proper Operation Of These Devices, 1.2. Ongoing Maintenance Of Lighting Devices In The Form Of: A) Correction Of Astronomical Controller Settings, B) Repair Of Lighting Cabinets (Replacement Of Locks, Bolts, Doors) And Equipment (Time Controller, Security, Switches, Contactors), C) Painting Of Metal Parts Of Lighting Devices On An Ongoing Basis In The Event Of Traces Of Corrosion Or At The Request Of The Ordering Party, D) Trimming Branches And Branches And Cleaning Them Up Within The Lighting Angle Of The Lighting Fixture, E) Washing The Lampshades, F) Carrying Out Measurements Specified In The Relevant Regulations Regarding The Use Of Outdoor Lighting, And These Measurements Are Be Performed Successively - Up To 20% Of Devices Per Year, 1.3. Responsibility For The Technical Condition And Safe Operation Of Street Lighting Devices And Bearing All Consequences In This Respect And For The Darkening Of The Street Or Its Section, Including Civil Liability Towards Third Parties, Except For Accidental Situations Not Caused By The Contractors Fault. 1.7. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Turn Off/On The Indicated Light Sources1.8. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Change The Settings Of The Astronomical Controllers As Indicated.1.9. Possession Of Authorization For Pge Connection Activities, Agreement With Pge Dystrybucja And Compliance With The Current Work Instructions In The Distribution Network Of Pge Dystrybucja S.A. With The Participation Of External Companies.
