Expression of Interest are invited for Environmental and Social (E&S) Consultant - Manila LRT Line 2 PPP Project Issue Date and Time: Nov 27,2023 05:37 Closing Date and Time: Dec 11,2023 23:59 The International Finance Corporation (Ifc) has been Approached by the Government of the Philippines through the Department of Transportation (Dotr) to Assist in its Efforts to Mobilize the Private Sector via a Public-Private Partnership (Ppp) for the Development; Rehabilitation; Upgrade; Expansion; Operations and Maintenance of the Lrt Line 2 Transport System in Metro Manila through a Transparent and Competitive Bidding Process (the Project). To Support the Implementation of the Project; Ifc Seeks to Hire an Environmental and Social (E&S) Firm to Support Ifc and to Provide Ifc with Advice on the E&S Aspects Related to Due Diligence and Transaction Structuring and Implementation of the Project; Including (I) Advising on Making the Project Consistent with the Ifc Performance Standards and Philippines Law; (Ii) E&S Due Diligence; (Iii) Development of E&S Inputs to the Ppp Agreements and Bidding Documents; (Iv) Assisting with Transaction Structuring and (v) Assisting with Execution of Transparent Tender Process.
