1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Medical Gases To The Municipal Hospital. Franciszek Raszeja In Poznań.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Information On The Assortment, Quantities, Its Technical And Operational Parameters As Well As Requirements, Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Which Constitutes Its Integral Part.3. Additional Technical Information: A) The Ordering Party Has A Network Reducer With A Maximum Input Pressure Of 5.5 Atmospheres; B) The Dimensions Of The Foundation For The Cryogenic Tank Are 4.5 X 4.3 M; C) The Gasification Station And The Foundation Are Equipped With Lighting. There Is Lightning Protection On The Foundation; D) The Hospital Area And The Station Are Fenced. There Are Restrictions On Tanker Access. A Small Tank Weighing Up To 13 Tons Is Suggested. The Total Weight Of The Vehicle Cannot Exceed 28 Tons. The Tanker Cannot Be Mounted On A Semi-Truck Tractor; E) The Road Surface In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Liquid Medical Oxygen Station And The Medical Oxygen Tanker Stop Is Fully Hardened: Asphalt, Concrete And Pavement; F) There Are Traffic Restrictions On The Access Roads To The Places Assembly And Refueling Of Tanks: Turning Radius 11 M;G) Within A Radius Of 7 M From The Liquid Medical Oxygen Station And The Tanker For The Time Of Unloading There Are: Parking Lot, Sewage Wells, Pedestrian Crossings, Communication Routes For Ambulances;H) It Is Possible To Block The Road And Traffic On It During Unloading (Due To The Location Of The Liquid Medical Oxygen Station);I) The Ordering Party Has A Cylinder Ramp In Accordance With The Pn-En Iso 7396-1 Standard From Which It Will Be Possible To Supply The Hospital With Medical Oxygen During The Installation Of Tanks And Evaporators. 20 Cylinders Can Be Attached To The Panel At The Same Time. It Is Also Possible To Store A Larger Number Of Cylinders For The Time Of Replacement. It Is Possible To Cut Off The Medical Liquid Oxygen Station During Replacement;J) The Estimated Frequency Of Liquid Oxygen Supplies Is 3-4 Times A Month.4. In Appendix No. 2 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide The Trade Name Of The Product Offered By The Contractor And The Name Of The Manufacturer - A Completed And Signed Appendix No. 2 To The Swz Should Be Submitted With The Offer.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. The Order Was Not Divided Into Lots.6. An Offer May Be Submitted In Relation To The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Minimum Scope Of The Offer Is The Entire Subject Of The Order, Incomplete Offers Will Be Rejected.
