The Free Provision Of Fresh Fruits And Vegetables, Milk For Preschoolers With A Normal Program Of 4 Hours, Authorized/Accredited By The State And Accredited Private Ones, And For Students In State And Private Primary And Secondary Schools, As Well As For Preschoolers And Students Included In Special Education And Dairy Products And Bakery Products Within A Daily Value/Preschool/Pupil. The Daily Value Limit Includes The Full Purchase Price Of The Products, Including Value Added Tax, Their Transport, Distribution And Storage Expenses, As Follows: A) For The Portion Of Apple 0.64 Lei, Without Vat. B) For The Portion Of Drinking Milk And Dairy Products Without Added Milk Powder 1.01 Lei, Without Vat; C) For The Portion Of Bakery Products 0.59 Lei Without Vat; The Daily Value Limit Includes The Full Purchase Price Of The Products, Their Transport, Distribution And Storage Expenses, Lot.1 Fresh Fruits (Apples); The Min And Max Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement: Min Quantities = 14,112,000 Pieces And Max Quantities = 15,509,664 Pieces The Max Quantities That Could Be The Subject Of The Largest Subsequent Contract Among Those To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement: 3,877,416 Pieces. Lot.2 Dairy Products (Milk / Uht Milk / Pasteurized Milk / Plain Yogurt / Whipped Milk / Breast Or Kefir); The Min And Max Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement: Min Quantities = 35,280,000 Pieces And Max Quantities = 38,774,160 Pieces The Max Quantities That Could Be The Object Of The Largest Subsequent Contract Among Those To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement: 9,693,540 Pieces.
