Servers, Data Storage Equipment, Routers, Networking, Connectivity And Pc – Ai, Financed Through The National Recovery And Resilience Plan. The Ministry Of Education, As The Coordinator Of Reforms And Investments Financed By The National Recovery And Resilience Plan (Pnrr) And The Lucian Blaga University From Sibiu As The Beneficiary Of The Specific Funding Of The Pnrr - Grants For The Digitization Of Universities Concluded The Financing Contract No. 14038/16.09.2022 Which Has As Its Object The Financing Of The Project Within The Call Grants For The Digitization Of Universities From Component C15: Education Of Pnrr, Reform 5: Adoption Of The Legislative Framework For The Digitization Of Education, Investment 16: Digitization Of Universities And Their Preparation For The Digital Professions Of The Future. This Call Was Dedicated To State And Private Universities, To Increase The International Competitiveness Of Academic Concentrations And To Develop Joint Academic Programs In The Field With Socioeconomic Relevance (Smart Specialization) Through Different Types Of Investments In University Digital Infrastructure And Through The Training Of Digital Skills Advanced. The General Objective Of The Project Is To Increase The Resilience Capacity Of The Educational System Within The Lucian Blaga University In Sibiu, By Modernizing The Educational Infrastructure And The Related Endowment, In Correlation With The Present And Future Needs Of The Labor Market, In Order To Ensure The Participation Of A Number Of 14,514 Students To A Quality, Sustainable, Modern And Inclusive Educational Process For Learning The Skills Necessary For The Digital Professions Of The Future, Increasing Employability And Ensuring Equal Opportunities In Education. Hardware Infrastructure Must Be Developed On The Principles Of Maximum Flexibility And Efficiency. These Principles Applied To A Hardware Platform Mean A New Vision Of The Required Resources, Which Are No Longer Dedicated To A Particular Process, But Rather Are Made Available Globally. The Fulfillment Of This Objective Is Done By Dividing The Resources Into Categories, Namely Processing Resources, Storage Resources And Interconnection Resources. For The Implementation Of Each Category, The Latest Generation Technologies Will Be Used That Have The Following Common Characteristics: Open Technological Platform, Support For Virtualization And Unitary Management.
