Construction Work - Construction Of A Biogas Plant With A Capacity Of Up To 1Mw Along With Accompanying Infrastructure On Plots No. 20/5, 20/6, 17/4, 17/11, 19/4 And 19/8, Precinct 136 Olsztyn, Commune. Olsztyn. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Biogas Plant With A Capacity Of Up To 1Mw With Accompanying Infrastructure In The Design And Build Formula. 2. There Will Be A Biogas Plant Processed Municipal Waste And Organic Waste From The Food Industry And Agricultural Production, Produced Biogas And Used It In The Production Process Renewable Electricity And Heat. Expected Amount Of Waste Processed Will Amount To A Maximum Of 30,000 Mg/Year (Approx. 82 Mg/Day). Waste Processing Carried Out Will Be Using The R3 Recovery Process, I.E. Recycling Or Recovery Of Organic Substances, That Are Not Used As Solvents (Including Composting And Other Biological Transformation Processes). Waste Intended For Recovery Will Constitute Other Waste Than Dangerous From The Following Subgroups: 02 01, 02 02, 02 03, 02 04, 02 05, 02 06, 02/07, 16/03, 19/05, 19/08, 19/09, 19/11, 20/01, 20/02, 20/03. Detailed List Of Waste Planned For Processing Was Presented In The Functional And Utility Program (Pfu). Then, As An Explanation/Change In The Content Of The Inquiry, The Ordering Party Together Together With The Author Of The Design Documentation Will Specify The Features Of The Ordered Product Equivalent Value For Him, Which Will Be Taken Into Account In The Assessment. 5. Similar Principle Applies In Cases Where References Have Been Made In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Systems Technical References. 6. Offering Solutions Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Description The Subject Of The Contract Additionally Requires Proof That The Offered Solution Is Equivalent Has Technical, Operational And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required By The Ordering Party. 7. The Burden Of Demonstrating Compliance With These Requirements Rests With The Contractor In The Submitted Offer.
