Offers must include an offer guarantee for an amount of fifteen million five hundred thousand (15,500,000) CFA Francs. This offer guarantee will be delivered by a bank or financial institution (such as an insurance company) approved by the Ministry of Economy and Finance or in a country in the UEMOA/BCEAO region. If a bidder produces a bid guarantee from a foreign bank (bank outside the UEMOA/BCEAO area), this must be accompanied by an agreement signed between the guarantor and a bank established in Côte dIvoire or in the UEMOA space. (Elimination). Bidders will remain committed to their offer for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the deadline for submitting offers. The period of validity of the offer guarantee is one hundred and forty-eight (148) days (i.e. 120 days for the validity period of the offer + 28 days).
