Tenders are invited for Upgrading of Water Supply and Sanitation System in Three Cities Lot 1- Lospalos Lot 2- Viqueque Lot 3- Same To obtain the bidding documents in English free of charge, eligible bidders should write to address above requesting the bidding documents for Upgrading of Water Supply and Sanitation System in Three Cities (Lot 1- Lospalos, Lot 2- Viqueque, and Lot 3-Same). 7. Deliver your bid: To the Address: National Procurement Commission (NPC) Office, Avenida de Balide, Dili, and Timor-Leste on or before the deadline: 29 January 2024, Time: 3:00 PM (Timor-Leste time) together with a Bid Security as described in the bidding document. Technical Bids will be opened immediately after the bid submission deadline in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend, whereas the Financial Bid remain sealed and unopened and shall be placed locked. The Financial Bids of only Technically Responsive and Qualified Bidders shall be opened after technical bids evaluation, whereas the financial bids of those bidders whose technical bids are not responsive and qualified shall be returned unopened. The Bidder must demonstrate that its financial resources defined in FIN - 3, less its financial obligations for its current contract commitments defined in FIN - 4, meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract of: Any One Lot Lot-1 (Lospalos): US$1,800,000.00 Lot-2 (Viqueque): US$2,000,000.00 Lot-3 (Same): US$1,700,000.00 Two Lots Lot-1 & Lot-2: US$3,800,000.00 Lot-1 & Lot-3: US$3,500,000.00 Lot-2 & Lot-3: US$3,700,000.00 Three Lots Lot-1, Lot-2 & Lot-3: US$5,500,000.00 In case of a JV, one partner must meet 40% of the requirement, each partner must meet 25% of the requirement, and all partners combined must meet 100% of the requirement.
