Software Supply Services - Renewal And Extension Of Existing Sap Licenses Slic23_H. 1. Extension, Addition And Renewal Of Sap Software Licenses And For Software Licenses 1 Service Related To The Provision Of Related Product Support And Other Services Package, Specified In The Technical Description And Available By The Contracting Authority (Hereinafter: Ak). According To The Issued Public Procurement Documents (And The .Xlsx File That Is Part Of It). Technical In Terms Of Content, It Can Be Considered An Identical Or More Favorable Product/Service As Equivalent. Maximum Duration Specified In Point Is As Follows: The Framework Agreement Its Temporal Scope Is Divided Into The Contract Conclusion, Contract Performance And Settlement Periods. - The Contract Period (The Duration Of The Km) From The Entry Into Force Of The Framework Agreement Calculated 12 Months. The Contract Period Of Km Is Based On The Relevant Decision Of Ak It Can Be Extended Once By 6 Months, Or At The Same Time As It Is Extended The Limit Amount Can Be Increased By A Maximum Of 30%. - The Contract Performance Period 24 Months From The End Of The Contract Period. - The Accounting Period 3 Months From The End Of The Contract Performance Period.
