Construction Of A New Building For The Arpid Center. New Construction Of A Non-Residential Building Extension Of The Arpida Center, České Budějovice, Including Internal Distribution Connections (Water Mains, Sewage And Storm Sewers, Electricity, Heating), A New Exit To The Adjacent Local Road And Paved Areas. Two Separate Two-Story Buildings Are Designed, Which Connect Two Smaller Buildings, In Which There Are Connecting Corridors. The Buildings Have A Continuous Gable Roof With Ridges In A Sj Orientation. The Building Has Two Above-Ground Floors, The 3Rd Floor – The Attic – Is Used In Part, Mainly For The Placement Of Technical Systems For Modifying The Buildings Environment. The Central Corridor On Both Floors Is Connected By Common Communication And User Spaces, Main And Secondary Technical Staircases, Personal And Evacuation Elevators, Therapy Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, Changing Rooms, Reception, Technical Rooms, And Cleaning Rooms. The Load-Bearing Section Is Designed As A Masonry Wall Construction System, Heat-Insulating Perimeter Walls And A Grid Of Internal Load-Bearing Walls, In Certain Positions The Wall System Is Supplemented With Reinforcing Reinforced Concrete Pillars. The Roof Of The Truss Is Designed With A Wooden Purlin System With Vertical Saddle-Shaped Stools With Wooden And Steel Purlins.
