Request for Quotation for 23C175 - BOT Protection Description: The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (the Department) is seeking to implement a suitable BOT protection solution to protect personally identifiable customer information. This solution will apply to cloud-based account services, including Ezyreg and MySAGov account services, and include, but not be limited to, the following DIT public facing websites, which are cloud-based or soon to be migrated to a cloud-based environment: bpims.sa.gov.au; roadworks.sa.gov.au; ecom.transport.sa.gov.au; booking.service.sa.gov.au; and shop.service.sa.gov.au. The Department will require immediate availability of the successful Supplier and that the Solution will then be implemented within approximately two months. Specifications: Able to automatically bypass the bot mitigation system in the event the service is non-operational or non-functional. Minimal to no requirement for Department staff to tailor the system around specific technologies. The solution can be operated from an Administrator console. The solution allows for all events to be logged with extended logging, alerting and monitoring capability. The solution sends all activity information to Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) in real time. The solution detects human/browser and bot attempts for authentication, blocks only bad bots and allows the Department to manually override the protection to allow known bots and services. The solution is capable of user device profiling. The solution protects websites, applications, and APIs from bad bot attacks without affecting business traffic. The solution offers effective account takeover protection and triggers remedial actions. The solution offers behavioural analysis. The solution offers Application Programming Interface (API) traffic pattern monitoring. The solution checks against a database of compromised credentials. The solution provides ability to create access groups for different access levels such as administrators and auditors. The solution offers incident reporting capability. The solution offers device intelligence capability. The solution offers originating location intelligence. The solution uses threat intelligence including national and international sources. The solution offers transaction and event intelligence. The solution is a no code solution. The solution is easy to implement and configure. The solution supports OIDC (openID connect) based authentication. The solution licence can be purchased for varying durations (no requirement to procure for longer than one year). The solution comes with additional service offering. The supplier offers a detailed support plan. The supplier offers Australian based support. The solution is compliant with industry standards (e.g. ISO 27001).
