The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Design Documentation And, Based On It, The Performance Of Construction Works Regarding The Renovation Of Staszica Street In Zgorzelec, On A Section Of Approx. 89.0 M, I.E. From The Intersection With Ul. Domańskiego To Ul. Konarski. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula.2. Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Section 1, Was Divided Into Two Stages: 1) Stage I Design - In Which The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As The Swz Documentation) Should Be Developed Based On The Functional And Utility Program Referred To Referred To In Section 7 Of This Chapter And Obtain A Certificate Of No Grounds For Objection, As Provided For In Art. 30 Section 5Aa Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law. 2) Stage Ii Build - Within Which Construction Works Should Be Performed Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor As Part Of Stage I And The Authors Supervision, As Stipulated In Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law.3. As Part Of The Planned Investment Project, It Is Planned To Carry Out Works Aimed At The Renovation Of Staszica Street, On The Section Indicated In Section 1 Of This Chapter, Including In Particular: Demolition Works Of Bitumen And Concrete Pavement With A Granite Curb, Construction Of A Base Structure Suitable For A Road Of Traffic Category Kr2, Construction Of A Road With Bituminous Surface, Construction Of A Pedestrian Route From Concrete Paving Stones (Precious) - From The Side Kindergarten At Ul. Konarski, Execution Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings Along With The Installation Of Road Safety Devices In Accordance With The Approved Permanent Traffic Organization Design. 4. The Investment Area Is Covered By The Local Spatial Development Plan For The Śródmieście Area In Zgorzelec, Adopted By Resolution No. 310/09 Of The Zgorzelec City Council Of October 7, 2019 On The Adoption Of The Local Spatial Development Plan For The Śródmieście Area In Zgorzelec. 5. The Investment Is Located On Plots Owned By The Municipality Of Zgorzelec With Registration Numbers: 87/2 And 70 (Am-1, Picture Vii). If It Is Necessary To Occupy Land That Is Not Owned By The Zgorzelec Municipality, Consent From The Owners Of These Properties Must Be Obtained To Carry Out Design And Construction Works As Part Of The Investment.6. When Preparing The Documentation, Design Solutions Should Be Proposed That Take Into Account Accessibility For People With Special Needs, In Accordance With The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs.7. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As: Ffu), Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.8. If The Fup Refers To Specific Standards And Regulations That Materials, Equipment And Other Goods As Well As Performed And Assigned Works Are To Meet, Then The Provisions Of The Latest Edition Or Revised Edition Of The Cited Standards And Regulations Will Apply. 9. Requirements Regarding The Warranty: 1) The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 36-Month Warranty Period For The Construction Works Performed And The Materials Used. 2) The Warranty Period Referred To In Point 1 Begins Upon Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol With The I Accept Clause. .3) If Inspections, Maintenance Or Other Service Activities Related To The Proper Use (Of Materials, Devices, Etc.) Are Required To Maintain The Validity Of The Terms Of The Granted Warranty, All These Activities Must Be Provided By The Contractor And Included In The Offer Price.4) The Warranty Period For The Construction Works Performed And The Materials Used Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating The Offers, Under Which The Contractor May Obtain Additional Points, In Accordance With The Rules Set Out In Chapter Xx Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Specifies The Maximum Scored Warranty Period Of 60 Months. 5) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A 36-Month Warranty Period For The Developed Design Documentation. 6) Detailed Requirements Regarding The Granted Warranty Are Included In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
