Tenders are invited for Vertical Extension of 10 Bed Pediatric ICU at Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital, Bogura. Eligibility of Tenderer: This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below: 1) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Building construction works. 2) Having Experience in successful completion of at least 01(One) Number of Similar works RCC building including Civil, Sanitary & Electrical works of Tk.140.00 (One Hundred Forty) Lakh in a single tender during last five years.The work Certificate for successful completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose Jurisdiction the work has been completed. 3)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk.500.00 (Five Hundred) Lakh. Supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. Payment Certificates must be submitted as Turnover. 4) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.110.00 (One Hundred Ten) Lakh. Supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will result the tender non-responsive. 5) The Tenderer must enclose with tender Updated valid VAT Registration certificate, TIN, Trade license and ABC/BC/C & Supervisory license issued by the Electrical Licensing Board of Bangladesh. 6) The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: i) The tenderer must Submit the Letter of Acceptance of the WBs Anticorruption Guidelines and Sanctions Framework ii) Commitment with the ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT & MITIGATION MEASURES OF COVID 19 AF PROJECT. (See Section:8 in Particular Specifications). 7) All other terms and Conditions as stated in the PPR/2008 will remain valid.
