The City Of Wermelskirchen Intends To Expand A Fire Station As A New, Single-Storey, Low-Basement, Solid Construction Building With A Flat Roof And Is Hereby Putting The Work In The Areas Of Heating, Ventilation And Plumbing Out To Tender. The Planned Construction Project Has The Maximum Dimensions Of Approx. 17.35 X 17.00 M With A Maximum Height Of Approx. 4.00 M And Is Directly Adjacent To The Southern Outer Wall Of The Existing Building. The Planned Supporting Structure Is A Solid Construction. The Building Will Be Accessed Via The Planned Extension. The Existing Building Will Continue To Function During The Construction Project. The Following Services Are Required: Renewal Of The Wastewater System, Delivery And Installation Of A Monoblock Air-Water Heat Pump, Heat Distribution Via A Carbon Steel Pipe Installed In The Ceiling.
