Other Construction Services Tender No. 2328 Lighthouse Park & Harbour Park Design & Tenders - Phase I St. Martins, Nb Summary Of Work Construction Of New Gravel Parking Lot, Crusher Dust Trail And Plaza, Site Furniture And Foundations, Landscaping, Drain Tile, Conduit, Concrete Foundation For Pre-Fabricated Covered Amphitheatre Shelter (Amphitheatre Structure Provided And Installed By Others), Installation Of Amphitheatre Curtains And Stage Lighting, Placement Of Rip Rap And Boulders, Construction Of Wood Fencing, And All Incidental Work, Such As Clearing, Grubbing, And Grading, As Per Contract Documents. Scope Of Work This Contract Covers The Total Performance Of The Work To The Description And Intent Of The Contract Documents Listed In The Table Of Contents Bound In With This Specification Tender Form. This Contract Will Include But Not Be Limited To Construction Of: - All Sitework, Roadwork And Services Infrastructure Noted In Construction Documents. Meet Dtir Requirements In Respect To Safety Requirements In The Operation Of Equipment, Public Safety And Haulage Shall Apply. All Environmental Requirements Of Materials On Site And While In Transport And Erosion Control On The Site. Protect All Areas Not Explicitly Cleared Of Archaeological Significance. All Damage And Required Repair To Existing Road Facilities, All Cleaning, Rerouting And Undercutting In Association With Additional Clearing And Grubbing Operations Between The Existing Natural Features To Remain And The Required Work Of This Contract To The Satisfaction Of The Consultant.
