The Supply Of Milk And Dairy Products In The Framework Of The Romanian School Program, In The 2023-2024 School Year In Vâlcea County. The Object Of The Purchase Is The Free Provision For Preschoolers In State-Authorized/Accredited And Private Accredited Preschools With A Normal 4-Hour Program And For Students In State And Private Primary And Secondary Schools, As Well As For Preschoolers And Students Included In The Special Uht Milk Education , Dairy Products (Yoghurt), Within The Limit Of A Daily Value/Preschooler/Pupil, For The 2023-2024 School Year In Vâlcea County. According To The Provisions Of The Same Normative Act, The Daily Value Limit/Preschooler/Student Is 1.11 Lei For The Portion Of Drinking Milk And Dairy Products Without Added Milk Powder. The Daily Value Limit Of 1.11 Lei Includes The Full Purchase Price Of The Products, Including Value Added Tax, Their Transport, Distribution And Storage Expenses, As Appropriate. Also, By Joint Order No. 1718/346/2023 Issued By The National Agency For Public Procurement And The Ministry Of Agriculture And Rural Development, The Qualification Criteria Regarding The Capacity Of The Bidders, The Evaluation Factors And The Specifications, Related To The Awarding Of Framework Agreements/Contracts For The Public Procurement Of Fruit And Vegetable Products, Were Approved , Milk And Dairy Products And Bakery Products Within The Romanian School Program. Duration Of The Supply Contract: An Estimated Duration Of 107 Distribution Days Will Be Taken Into Account, For The Current School Year (2023 – 2024), Depending On The Date Of Conclusion Of The Public Procurement Contract. Economic Operators Have The Right To Request Additional Clarifications/Information (Via Seap) Within A Maximum Of 15 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers, According To Art. 160 Para. 1 And 2 Of Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions. To The Extent That The Requests For Clarifications/Additional Information Are Sent Within The Specified Period, The Response Period Of The Contracting Authority To The Requests For Clarifications Is 10 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
