• The Subject Of The Public Order Is Construction Work, Which Deals With The Reconstruction Of The Existing Road Bridge On The Local Road In The Urban Area Of ​​The Village Of Lipov. The Owner Of The Bridge (The Village Of Lipov) Decided To Reconstruct The Bridge Due To Its Age (Approx. 50 Years) And Its Corresponding Condition. The Purpose Of The Reconstruction Is To Ensure The Functionality Of The Bridge In The Following Years, To Remove The Malfunctions And To Extend Its Service Life. The Existing Bridge Will Therefore Be Preserved, Including The Substructure And Supporting Structure. Only The Bridge Top Will Be Replaced With A New One That Meets The Current Standard And Technical Requirements. The Lower Structure Will Be Affected Only Minimally, Only The Visible Areas Will Be Rehabilitated. The Situational Location And Spatial Arrangement Of The Reconstructed Bridge Remains According To Its Current State. This Layout Fully Suits The Intensity Of Traffic On The Road At The Bridge Site. • The Main Building Object Is So 201 – Bridge. The Content Of This Object Is The Reconstruction Of The Existing Bridge Object On The Local Road. Conceptually, It Is A Reconstruction Of The Bridge Building Without Changes To Its Spatial Arrangement. Minor Changes In The Spatial Arrangement Are Given Only By Observing The Applicable Standards. • The Subsidiary Object Of The Construction Is So 101 – Traffic Engineering Measures Is Only An Auxiliary So, Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction And It Deals With The Organization Of Traffic During The Construction. • The Expected Load Capacity Of The Bridge After The Reconstruction Will Be 32/80/196 Tons. After The Supporting Structure Has Been Cleaned, A Reinforced Reinforced Concrete Rainwater Layer Will Be Made On It, Which Will Provide Both A Suitable Base For The New Bridge Insulation And Proper Jointing Of The Bridges Roadway. New Full-Surface Insulation Will Be Laid, New Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Cornices Will Be Made And Standard Bridge Railings Will Be Installed. A New Roadway Will Be Built On The Bridge. Transitional Wedges Will Be Made On The Abutments And The Road Structure Will Be Replaced In The Necessary Length. The Area Around The Bridge Will Be Modified In Such A Way As To Enable The Drainage Of Rainwater And To Remove Overgrown Shrubby Vegetation. The Front Surface Of The Original Substructure And Supporting Structure Will Be Comprehensively Rehabilitated. The Transverse Arrangement On The Bridge Remains Approximately In Accordance With The Current State, Which Fully Meets The Traffic Intensity. Changing The Width Layout Is Not Even Possible Due To Space Reasons. On The Bridge, A 6.5 M Wide Bituminous Road Will Be Made Between The Curbs. A 1.75 M Wide Sidewalk Will Be Built On Both Sides. Steel Bridge Railings With Vertical Infill Will Be Installed On Both Sides Of The Bridge. As Part Of This Building, The Original Stone Pavements On The Sides Of The Riverbed Will Be Repaired And Alluvium And Rubbish Will Be Removed. Before The Start Of Construction, A Temporary Suspension Of Utility Lines Located On The Right Side Of The Bridge Will Also Be Carried Out (Water Pipeline Owned By The Association Of Lipov-Louka Municipalities, Wwtp And Sewerage And Telecommunication Lines Cetin A.S. During Construction, These Nets Will Be Placed On A Temporary Footbridge 1.5 M From The Side Of The Bridge. Before The Construction Is Completed, They Will Be Placed Back Into The Guards Placed On The Steel Brackets Located On The New Right Cornice.
