Modernization Of The Ško-Energo Heating Plant – Ob2 Kotelny. The Subject Of This Public Contract Can Be Divided Into Two Main Parts. The First Part Is The Retrofit Of The Current Coal-Fired Fluid Boilers K80 And K90 For Burning Wood Chips, Pelletized Plant Biomass And Technological Fuel. Natural Gas Remains The Start-Up Fuel. The Heating Plant Already Has A Plant Pellet Burning System. This System Will Remain And Is Not The Subject Of This Public Contract. The Technological Fuel Combustion System Also Remains Unaffected, Here The Subject Of This Public Contract Is Limited To The Modification Of The Burners. The Contractor Will Also Carry Out All Internal And External Construction Modifications Within The E1a Boiler Room. The Supplier Will Make The Necessary Changes To The Technology Of The Boilers And Associated Systems So That The Boilers Are Able To Burn Biomass Without Problems Instead Of Brown Coal. In Particular, It Is An Assessment Of The Bottom Of The Combustion Chamber, Lining, Cyclones, Insulation, Pressure Unit Of Boilers (Superheaters, Eko, Evaporator, Etc.), Luvo And Others. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is Also The Implementation Of The Necessary Modifications In The Electrical And Control Systems. The Second Part Of This Public Order Is The Supply Of A New Fluid Boiler K20, Which Will Burn Only Wood Chips, While The Start-Up Fuel Will Be Natural Gas. Furthermore, The Subject Of The Public Contract Includes The Construction Of Connections For All Necessary Media, Such As Supply And Cooling Water, Steam, Flue Gas, Ash Management, Sncr System, Compressed Air, Etc. Within The K20 Boiler Room, The Necessary Electrical Substations And Control System Will Be Built. A New Compressor Station Will Also Be Built, Which Will Cover The Consumption Of The Entire Heating Plant With Its Production.
