Framework Agreement For The Supply And Distribution Of Fruits (Apples), Dairy Products (Uht Milk) And Bakery Products For Preschoolers In Kindergartens With A Normal 4-Hour State Authorized/Accredited And Privately Accredited Kindergartens And For Students In Primary And Secondary Education State And Individual From Bacău County, In The Period 2023-2027 As Part Of The Program For Schools Of Romania. Framework Agreement For The Supply And Distribution Of Fruit (Apples), Milk And Bakery Products For Preschoolers In Kindergartens With A Normal Schedule Of 4 Hours State Authorized/Accredited And Private Accredited And For Students In State And Private Primary And Secondary Education In Bacău County, As Well As For Preschoolers And Students Enrolled In Special Education, Including Those Schooled At Home, In The Period 2023-2027 Within The Program For Romanian Schools The Free Provision Of Fruits (Apples) For Preschoolers With A Normal Program Of 4 Hours State-Authorized/Accredited And Private Accredited Kindergartens And For Students From State And Private Primary And Secondary Schools, As Well As For Preschoolers And Students Included In Special Education, Milk And Bakery Products Within The Limit Of A Daily Value Per Preschooler/Pupil. During The Week, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 3 Paragraph (3) From Hg No. 652/2023 And Based On County Council Decision No. 249 Of 29.09.2023, A Preschooler/Student Is Given Free Of Charge: 2 Portions Of Fruit (Apples), 5 Portions Of Uht Milk And 5 Portions Of Bakery Products. According To The Provisions Of Art. 2 And Art. 3 Paragraph (1) Of Gd No. 652/2023, The Daily Value Limit Per Student Includes The Full Purchase Price Of The Products, Including Value Added Tax, Their Transport, Distribution And Storage Expenses And Will Not Exceed The Following Thresholds: Fruits And Vegetables: 0.70 Lei (0.64 Lei Without Vat) Drinking Milk And Canned Products: 1.11 Lei (1.01 Lei Without Vat) Bakery Products: 0.65 Lei (0.59 Lei Without Vat). The Products That Will Be Distributed, In Accordance With The County Council Decision No. 249 Of 29.09.2023 Are The Following: Apples – Minimum 100 G/Portion/Day/Child; Uht Milk, Without Added Sugar Or Other Sweeteners, Without Added Cocoa (200Ml/Portion/Day/Child), Bakery Products: Packaged Corn Or Bar, Made From Wholemeal/Dietary Flour That May Contain Added Sugars And Fats, Within The Limits Provided In Annex No. 1 To The Order Of The Minister Of Public Health No. 1563/2008 For The Approval Of The List Of Foods Not Recommended For Preschoolers And Schoolchildren And The Principles Underlying A Healthy Diet For Children And Adolescents; Simple Pretzels Or Dry Biscuits, Packed, From Wholemeal/Dietary Flour That May Contain Added Sugars And Fats Within The Limits Provided In Annex No.1 To The Order Of The Minister Of Public Health No.1563/2008; The Portion Of Bakery Products, Depending On The Type Of Product, Will Have 80 G For A Cone And A Bar Or The Equivalent Of Their Energy Value For Simple Pretzels Or Dry Biscuits. The Daily Value Limit Includes The Full Purchase Price Of The Products, Including The Value Added Tax, Their Transport, Distribution And Storage Expenses, As The Case May Be. Any Request For Clarification Must Be Sent To Seap (Http://Sicapprod.Elicitatie.Ro/Pub). The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers: 20 The Deadline Expressed In The Number Of Days In Which The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarifications Is The 11Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers.
