It Is Proposed To Work On The Edges Of The Sector Along With The Esplanade Area, Incorporating Grass, With The Aim Of Strengthening And Expanding The Possibilities Of Use Of The Space, Promoting Daily Activation. In This Sector, It Is Proposed To Improve The Functionality Of The Space To Have The Flexibility To Host Both Massive Events, Such As The Setting Up Of Fairs And The Carrying Out Of Artistic And Cultural Activities And At The Same Time Propose A Space That Is Pleasant To Be In In Its Daily Operation, With Greater Urban Plaza Conditions Than Those It Has Today. In Addition, The Aim Is To Considerably Reinforce The Existing Trees Mainly In The Northern Sector Of This Section Adjacent To Francisco Bilbao, Since Currently This Area Does Not Have Shade, Is Not Adequately Connected To The Access To The Metro, And Was Commonly Occupied By Irregular Shape As A Parking Area. For This Area, An Atrium Is Proposed As A Densely Tree-Lined Central Access, Generating A Lot Of Shade For The Esplanade, In Addition To Improving The Adjacent Green Areas, Intervening In The Flower Beds And Reinforcing Plantations By Replacing Grass Areas With Sustainable Gardens. Finally, Greater Spatial Continuity Is Given At The Southern Access To The Park And Its Connection With Esteban De Hungary Park, Through The Construction Of A Small Hard Plaza That Incorporates Furniture And New Trees, Which Inclusively Connects Said Intersection With The New Childrens Play Terrace Made In Stage 1 Already Executed.
