The Object Of The Purchase Is The Supply Of Quadricycle (Type Utv) With Winch And Trailer For Transporting Quadricycle (Type Atv/Utv) For The Implementation Of The Project Increasing Resilience To Disasters By Improving Preparation For Search, Rescue And Disposal Of Unexploded Ordnance Missions – Resilience, And Their Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Contracting Authority (U.M. 0251 Bucharest). In Order To Become Familiar With New Situations Derived From Recent International Best Practices Or With New Scenarios In Which They Could Act (Natural Disaster Produced In An Area With Refugees/Immigrants In An Intensely Populated Urban/Rural Environment, Etc.), The Romanian Gendarmerie Found The Need To Increase The Level Of Preparation In Risk Management And The Prevention Of The Effects Of A Crisis Situation When Disasters Occur. Following This Finding, It Was Considered Imperative To Improve The Material Insurance During The Actions To Limit The Effects Of Natural Disasters, By Purchasing Different Types Of Technical Products That Will Support The Intervention For The Rescue And Evacuation Of The Affected People In A Timely Manner . Through The Purchase Of Quadricycles (Utv Type) Equipped With A Winch And Quadricycle Transport Trailers (Atv/Utv Type), The Contracting Authority Wishes To Improve The Equipment Of The Military Units Within The Romanian Gendarmerie, On The Line Of Intervention In The Event Of Natural Disasters.
