The Current Housing On The Municipal Site No Longer Meets The Requirements That The Municipality Sets For A Healthy Working Environment And The Requirements For A Sustainable Building. The Renkum Municipal Council Unanimously Decided In March 2023 To Completely Re-Build The Municipal Yard. The Goal And Desired Result Is: A New, Sustainable (Both Energetically And Functionally) And Efficient Municipal Yard Where Employees Can Work In A Safe And Healthy Way To Make The Best Possible Contribution To The Services Of The Municipality Of Renkum. The Indication For The Total Floor Area Of The Building Is Approximately 2,600 M2 Gfa Including Unheated Storage Spaces And Sheds And Approximately 2,000 M2 Of Terrain Including Outdoor Storage Areas.
