In Consideration Of Usefulness, The Procurer Will Keep All The Procured Equipment Not Divided Into Smaller Parts, Since The Products/Services That Are The Subject Of The Procurement Are Interoperable And Concluding A Framework Agreement With Several Providers Ensures Effective Use Of Competition. Because Acquisitions Of The Product Family (E.G. Warranty Extensions, Updates, Expansions, Etc.) Are On The Manufacturers Side Specific To The Solutions, The Procurer Reserves The Right Within The Framework Of This Procurement Purchase Equipment Based On The Product Code, Because The Equipment And Support Being Procured Is So Specific And The Supplier Must Ensure Interoperability With Previously Existing Solutions And Management Software Ensuring The Use Without Additional Large Additional Costs, Therefore Alternative Solutions Acquisition Is Not Possible Based On This Tender.
