Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Fruits, Vegetables, Milk And Dairy Products And Bakery Products In The Framework Of The Program For Schools Of Romania, In Botosani County, For The 2023-2026 School Years
Supply Of Fruits, Vegetables, Milk And Dairy Products And Bakery Products In The Framework Of The Program For Schools Of Romania, In Botosani County, For The 2023-2026 School Years. Free Provision For Pre-Schoolers In Kindergartens With A Normal Schedule Of 4 Hours Authorized/Accredited By The State And Accredited Private Schools For State And Private Primary And Secondary School Students, As Well As For Preschoolers And Students Included In Special Education Of Fruits (Apples), Milk And Dairy Products And Bakery Products Within A Daily Value/Preschool/Student. The Daily Value Limit Includes The Price Full Purchase Of Products, Including Value Added Tax, Transport, Distribution And Their Storage. Any Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information, Signed With The Extended Electronic Signature, Only Through Seap, Within A Period Of No More Than 19 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, According To Art. 27 Paragraph (3) Of Hg 395/2016. To The Extent That The Request For Clarifications Or Additional Information Was Addressed Within The Previously Stipulated Term, The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarifications On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers, According To Art. 27 Paragraph (3) Of Hg 395/2016, The Ca Will Not Comply With Requests Addressed Through Any Other Means Of Communication Or Other Term Than The Established One. Any Request For Clarification Must Be Submitted In Seap (Http://Sicapprod.Elicitatie.Ro/Pub) All Details Regarding The Technical Specifications And Quantities Can Be Found In The Specifications. The Offer Is Submitted For Each Batch Separately, For All Products Related To The Respective Batch, For The Entire Quantity. Otherwise, The Offer Will Be Rejected As Non-Compliant With The Specifications. Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded Depending On The Funds. Estimated Calendar For Awarding Subsequent Contracts: Cs1 Feb. – June 2024, Cs2 Sept. 2024 June 2025, Cs3 Sept. 2025 June 2026. The Dates Proposed In The Estimated Timetable Represent The Intention Of The Contracting Authority/Entity, Not A Firm Commitment From The Contracting Authority/Entity Regarding The Award Of Subsequent Contracts, Based On The Working Hypothesis That No Unforeseen Events/Circumstances Will Occur That Could Not Be Taken Into Account Consideration At The Time Of Initiation Of The Award Procedure, Respectively The Necessary Financial Resources Will Be Provided.
