Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Electric Minibuses For The Transportation Of Pre-University Students, For The Project: Electric Minibuses For Students From Timiș County - 2 Lots
Supply Of Electric Minibuses For The Transportation Of Pre-University Students, For The Project: Electric Minibuses For Students From Timiș County - 2 Lots. Through This Contract, Electric Microbuses Will Be Purchased For The Transportation Of Students From Pre-University Education, For The Project: Electric Minibuses For Students From Timiș County, As Follows: Lot 1: Purchase Of Electric Minibuses 16+1 – 24 Pieces; Lot 2: Purchase Of Electric Minibuses 8+1 – 3 Pieces; The Products Related To Each Lot Offered Will Be Delivered, Transported, Put Into Operation In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Specifications And The Relevant Legislation In Force. The Supplier Has The Obligation To Train The Staff For Use And At The Same Time Will Present The Complete List With All The Materials, Parts, Sub-Assemblies, Assemblies, Systems, Aggregates Of The Electric Minibuses (Category M2/M3 And M1) That Need To Be Replaced As Part Of The Wear And Tear Overhauls/Repairs Normal, Technical Defects, With Defined Milestones (Repair Kits, Subassemblies, Materials, Parts, Etc.) According To The Repair And Maintenance Manual Of The Electric Minibus (Category M2/M3 And M1) And The Spare Parts Catalogue; The Delivery Term Of The Products Related To The Lot For Which The Offer Is Submitted Is 9 Months From The Date Of Issuing The Product Delivery Order. Bidders Can Submit A Bid For One Or More Lots. The Contracting Authority On The Basis Of This Contract During Its Execution Period (9 Months) Can Purchase An Additional 5 Pcs. Minibuses For Each Individual Batch, Provided The Source Of Financing And/Or The Savings Resulting From This Procedure Are Identified, With The Same Technical Characteristics As Those Offered Or Superior To Those Offered If The Minibus Supplier Has Launched Products During This Period (9 Months) Last Generation Superior To Those Offered, At The Same Unit Price As Those Offered. The Additional Purchased Quantities Will Be Realized Directly By Applying The Contractual Clauses According To The Provisions Of Art. 221 Paragraph (1) Letter A) Of Law 98/2016 With All Subsequent Additions And Changes. The Purchase Of Additional Products Will Be Made Through An Additional Act, According To The Legal Provisions In Force. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification / Additional Information, On The 12Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers, Provided That The Requests Will Be Addressed At Least 22 Days Before The Deadline Set For Submission Offers. Clarifications Submitted After This Deadline Will No Longer Be Taken Into Account.
