The Object Of The Purchase Itself Consists In Renting A Number Of 5 Pilot Boats With Crew Included - 4 Service Boats And 1 Reserve Boat, Which Will Carry Out The Activity Of Transporting Pilots To And From Ships On A Permanent Basis In All Ports And Areas Located In Administration Of The Contracting Entity. Instructions For Signing The Purchase Contract The Contracting Entity Will Conclude The Purchase Contract With The Designated Winning Bidder, During The Validity Period Of The Bids, But Not Earlier Than 10 Days From The Date Of Transmission Of The Communication Regarding The Result Of The Application Of The Award Procedure In Order To Grant The Legal Term Of 10 Days For The Formulation Of Any Administrative Appeals. The Bidder Designated As The Winner Has The Obligation To Present Himself Within 15 Days Of Receiving The Invitation To Sign The Contract, Sent By The Contracting Authority/Entity. If The 15-Day Period Has Expired And The Bidder Designated As The Winner Did Not Present Himself To Sign The Contract, The Situation Will Be Assimilated To The Refusal To Sign The Contract, And The Contracting Entity Will Retain The Participation Guarantee In His Favor. If The Tenderer To Whom The Contract Was Awarded Is A Consortium, It Has The Obligation To Present The Following Documents At The Signing Of The Contract: Documents Authorizing The Person To Sign The Contract; The Association Agreement That Shows The Participation Quota Of Each Member Of The Association, The Legal Representative Of The Association, The Appointed Leader (Information That Must Not Be Different From That Specified In The Documents That Accompanied The Offer); If The Tenderer To Whom The Contract Was Awarded Nominated Subcontractors In The Tender, He Has The Obligation To Present The Contract/Contracts Concluded With The Subcontractors Nominated In The Tender At The Signing Of The Contract. If The Contracting Entity Cannot Conclude The Contract With The Bidder Whose Bid Was Determined To Be The Winner, Due To The Fact That The Bidder Is In A Situation Of Force Majeure Or In The Fortuitous Impossibility Of Executing The Contract, Then It Has The Right To Declare The Winner The Offer Ranked Next, Provided It Exists And Is Admissible. Otherwise, The Award Procedure Is Cancelled.
