Supply Of Power Transformers - Dry Up To 800 Kva, Ref. No. Ppd 23-078. As A Result Of This Procedure, The Contracting Authority Will Conclude Framework Agreements For 24 Months With Up To 10 Potential Contractors Ranked From First To Tenth Place, A Sufficient Number Of Offers That Meet The Previously Announced Conditions. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded At Unit Prices Up To A Maximum Value Of Bgn 2,189,000.00 Excluding Vat. The Framework Agreement Defines The Terms Of The Contracts In Advance An Integral Part Of The Framework Is The Draft Of A Specific Contract For The Conclusion Of Each Supply Contract, The Contracting Authority Will Carry Out The Internal Competitive Selection Provided For In The Ppa To Determine The Executor Of Each Specific Contract Between The Persons With Whom It Has Already Concluded A Framework Agreement, And Will Determine The Executor Based On The Criterion: Lowest Price. The Invitation To Participate Will Specify The Estimated Quantities And Type Of Goods That Will Be Delivered For A Certain Period. Based On The Estimated Quantities, The Maximum Value Of The Specific Contract Will Be Determined.
