Construction Work - Construction Of The Poręba And Zawiercie Bypass Along National Road No. 78, Section In The Town Of Zawiercie (Kromołów – Żerkowice). The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Reconstruction Of Existing Ones Roads In Terms Of Collisions With The Bypass, 2) Construction Of Roads Other Than The Bypass, Including: Reconstruction Existing Roads, Construction Of Roads Serving Areas Adjacent To The Investment, 3) Construction Or Reconstruction Of Infrastructure For Pedestrians And Cyclists, 4) Construction Of An Emergency Crossing And Emergency Entries To The Bypass, 5) Construction Of Vehicle Inspection Bays On Both Sides, 6) Construction Of Engineering Structures Along The Ring Road And Intersecting Roads With The Bypass, Including: - District Road No. 1730S - Ul. Harcerska, - District Road No. 1726S - Ul. Karlińska, - District Road No. 1725S - Ul. Szymon Szymonowic, - Agricultural Crossing, 7) Construction Of A Drainage System, Including: Road Ditches And Sewage System Rainwater, Pre-Treatment Devices, Retention, Retention And Infiltration Tanks, 8) Construction Of Environmental Protection Devices, Including: Acoustic Protection, Passages For Animals, Ecological Culverts With A Protective And Guiding Fence, Greenery, 9) Reconstruction Of Conflicting Devices And Networks Of Existing Underground And Above-Ground Infrastructure: Telecommunications And Energy Devices, Water Supply And Sewage Networks, Gas Networks, 10) Demolition Of Buildings And Structures, 11) Construction Of A Telecommunications Network For The Needs Of The Ordering Party, 12) Construction Of Road Lighting, 13) Construction Of Road Safety Devices, Such As: Signage, Protective Barriers, Anti-Glare Screens And Fencing Bypass, 14) Connecting The Section To The Existing Communication System, 15) Strengthening Subsoil To The Extent Adapted To The Soil And Water Conditions. In Detail The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Volumes Iii-V Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation Personal Performance Of Key Tasks By The Contractor, I.E. The Surface Of The Main Route Including Fabrication And Installation As Well As Execution Of The Remaining Layers Of The Structure Surfaces Above Native Soil (Excavation) Or Fill Soil (Embankment), Excluding Supplies Of Materials And Services. The Order Referred To Above Is An Order With A Value Exceeding The Pln Equivalent Of The Amount For Construction Works, I.E. 20 000,000 Euros.
