Air Filters - Procurement Of Ventilation Filters, Framework Arrangement 2024-2026. Purchases Of Ventilation Filters That Are The Subject Of Procurement Are Targeted As A Procurement Unit To Properties Managed By The City Of Helsinkis Urban Environment Department. The Sites Are Mainly Located In Helsinki. The Acquisition Includes Normal Ventilation Machines Filters For The Supply And Exhaust Air In Accordance With This Request For Tender And Its Appendices. The Purchase Does Not Include Special Filters Such As Hepa Filters. Contract Supplier Must Update The Filter Lists Of The Properties For The Customer In Terms Of Overall Finances (Procurement + Energy Cost) To Match The Cheaper Product, I.E. To Match The Product In The Offer Degree Of Separation, Frame And Filter Material And The Number Of Filter Bags, For Example The Property Would Previously Have A Different Filter In The Information In The Maintenance Book. Chartable There Are An Average Of 100–125 Destinations/Year. The Customer Defines What Is To Be Mapped Objects. The Mapping Of Objects Is Included In The Prices Of The Filters, And Therefore Not Not Separately Chargeable Work. Description Of The Purchases Covered By The Contract And Their Content Is Described In More Detail In The Documents Attached To The Tender Request. The Framework Contract Will Be Concluded With One Bidder.
