Free Provision Of Fresh Fruits And Vegetables, Milk For Preschoolers With A Normal Program Of 4 Hours State-Authorized/Accredited And Private Accredited Kindergartens And For Students In State And Private Primary And Secondary Schools, As Well As For Preschoolers And Students Included In Special Education And Dairy Products And Bakery Products Within A Daily Value/Preschool/Pupil. The Daily Value Limit Includes The Full Purchase Price Of The Products, Including The Value Added Tax, Their Transport, Distribution And Storage Expenses, As Appropriate. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers Is 20 Days. To The Extent That Requests For Clarifications Or Additional Information Are Addressed Within The Deadline Set By This Data Sheet, The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarifications/Additional Information On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers, Terms Established According To Art. 161 Para. (1) From Law No. 98/2016. Any Request For Clarification Must Be Submitted In Seap (Https://Elicitatie.Ro/Pub). A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With A Maximum Of 3 Economic Operators, Respectively With The Bidders Ranked In The First Three Places In The Ranking Resulting After The Completion Of The Electronic Auction And The Verification Of The Supporting Documents Related To The Proof Of The Preliminary Information Presented In The Duae, Without Resuming The Competition With The Signatories Of The Framework Agreement For The Award Of Subsequent Contracts. Based On The Framework Agreement, 1 (One) Subsequent Contract Will Be Awarded For Each School Year. The Notification Regarding The Request To Conclude A Subsequent Contract Will Be Sent To The Bidder (Promisor-Supplier) Ranked First In The Resulting Ranking After The Completion Of The Electronic Auction And The Verification Of The Supporting Documents Related To The Proof Of The Preliminary Information Presented In The Duae.
