The Object Of This Purchase Is Represented By The Purchase And Implementation Of It Solutions, As Well As The Related Services Necessary To Upgrade The Electronic Mail System And The Directory Services (Active Directory) Used At The Level Of The Judicial System. Thus, It Is Desired To Purchase The Following: Exchange 2019 Server License – 12 Pcs. The Number Of Licenses Related To Exchange Database Servers Has Been Dimensioned According To The Current Number Of Mailboxes, Their Total Capacity, The Daily Volume Of Emails And Their Size, The Estimated Increase In The Volume Of Managed Data Or The Number Of Users By At Least 20% Against The Current Situation, The Performance Of The Hardware Infrastructure Available At The Beneficiary, The Architecture Of The Future System (Dag Distributed In Two Distinct Locations) And The Platform Manufacturers Recommendations For System Sizing. Also, For The Dimensioning Of The Platform, The Information Regarding The Profile Of The Current Users As Presented In This Specification Was Taken Into Account. Antivirus Solution License For The Protection Of The Entire Electronic Messaging System – 1 Pc.; Cal Exchange License (Device) – 5,000 Pcs.; Microsoft Exchange And Active Directory Installation And Configuration Services, Email Account Migration – 1 Pc. Calendar Of Clarifications: The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: 21 Days Note: According To Art. 161 Of Law No. 98/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, To The Extent That Clarifications Are Requested In A Timely Manner, The Contracting Authoritys Response To These Requests Will Be Published In Seap On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Candidature Offers/ Offers (See The Deadlines In The Notice Of Participation Published In Seap).
