The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Conclude An Agreement - A Framework That Will Be Concluded With A Maximum Of 3 Economic Operators (Suppliers) For A Duration Of 4 Years (48 Months) Regarding The Supply Of Apple Fruits - Within The Program For Schools Of Romania In The Period 2023-2029 For The 5 Distribution Areas/Lots At The Level Of Timiș County In The Period 2023 – 2027 With The Related Subsequent Contracts In Accordance With The Requirements Requested In The Specifications No. 29.339 Dated 09.10.2023 And The Award Documentation Sent With The Address 29.519/10.10.2023 , So: Lot I Supply Of Products: Apple In Zone I – Timișoara; Lot Ii Supply Of Products: Apple In Zone Ii – Lugojmargina, Lot Iii Supply Of Products: Apple In Zone Iii – Voitegdeta; Lot Iv Supply Of Products: Apple In Zone Iv – Buziaș Pișchia, Lot V Supply Of Products: Apple In Zone V – Jimbolia Sânnicolau Mare; The Object Of The Agreement - The Framework Being The Supply - The Free Provision Of Fruit - Apple 2 Portions Per Week Within The Limit Of A Daily Value Of 0.7 Lei With Vat Included For The Portion Of The Product According To Hg 652/03.08.2023, For Preschoolers From Authorized State Kindergartens/ Accredited And Accredited Private Schools With A Normal 4-Hour Program And Students From State And Private Authorized/Accredited Primary And Secondary Schools, As Well As For Preschoolers And Students Included In Special Education In Schools And Kindergartens In Timiș County Within The School Program Of Romania In The Period 2023-2029. The Daily Value Limit Includes The Full Purchase Price Of The Products, Including The Value Added Tax, Their Transport, Distribution And Storage Expenses. Number Of Days Before The Deadline For Receiving Offers Until Bidders Can Request Clarifications: 22. The Number Of Calendar Days Before The Deadline For The Receipt Of Offers In Which The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarifications And/Or Additional Information Received From Interested Economic Operators: 12 Days Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers.
