Stage 1: Exhibition Design For The Lauchhammer Education And Experience Center For Art Casting And Industrial Culture. The City Of Lauchhammer Has Developed A Project With Other Stakeholders To Create A Center For Artistic Casting And Industrial Culture At Two Locations. An Overall Dramaturgical Design Concept Is To Be Developed For The Erz Location In Lauchhammerost, Consisting Of The Former School (Today The Kunstgussmuseum) With The Planned New Extension Building, The Church And The Still Running Foundry. For The School Building, Which Is Receiving An Extension, The Overall Scenography For The Permanent Exhibition And The Display Depot Is To Be Developed, Incorporating Numerous Original Exhibits, Including Media Extensions In The Church And The Foundry. The Sculpture Garden Should Be Included In The Design And Communication Concept Through Media Or Analogue Means. About The Kohle Location In Lauchhammerwest (Consisting Of The Bio Towers, The Activated Sludge Basin, The Information Box (New Building), The Relic Park And The Open Spaces): The Total Area Of The Exhibition Areas To Be Planned Is Approx. 300 Square Meters Plus 100 Square Meters For The Workshop And Entrance Area. In The New Experience Center (Info Box), The Industrial History Of The Region, The History Of The Coking Plant And The Bio-Towers Are To Be Conveyed Using Media And Analogue Formats. The Overall Theme Is “Energy”, Which Is To Be Conveyed Clearly. The Biotowers Are A Learning Place With An Expedition Character; The Focus Is On Experiencing And Experimenting (To Generate Energy). The Outdoor Space Is To Be Used With The Existing Large Objects From The Opencast Mining/Coking Plant (Relic Park). The Following Services Are Advertised. Scenography Performance Profile In Accordance With Section 10 Hoas 2022: Translation Of The Content Concept Into An Overall Creative Dramaturgy Including Target Group-Specific Offers. Due To The Deadlines For Applying For Funding, Service Phase 3 (Design Planning) Must Be Completed By The End Of July 2024. In Addition To The Basic Services, Various Special Services Are Available, Including: Creation Of A Content Concept. This Includes A Detailed Concept And The Implementation Of The Detailed Content Concept. The Detailed Concept Forms The Basis For The Interior Design And Design Implementation Of The Exhibition. It Explains The Detailed Spatial And Thematic Structure For Both Locations. The Eligible Budget Is Around Eur 3.62 Million The Planning Services Are Awarded In Stages. First, Service Phase 2 Is Commissioned. The Commissioning Of The Further Service Phases Depends On The Planning Results, The Approval Of Funding, The Existence Of The Necessary Committee Resolutions And Any Official Approvals. There Is No Entitlement To This Further Order; The Request Is Made By The Client. In The Event Of A Call, The Provision Of The Service Is Mandatory.
